电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测食品接触用铝箔在不同迁移条件下的铝迁移量 被引量:1

摘要 目的系统研究食品接触用铝箔纸中铝的迁移条件和检测方法。方法结合食品接触用铝箔纸实际接触条件,模拟3种迁移实验条件,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行对铝迁移量检测。结果该方法检出限为0.5μg/L,线性范围宽,加标回收率为87.0%~99.2%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)在0.4%~5.5%(n=6)。结论建立的方法适合食品接触用材料铝箔在不同迁移条件下的铝迁移量的检测。 Objective To systematically study the food contact aluminum foil aluminum migration conditions and detection methods. Methods Combined the actual contact conditions of aluminum foil paper for food contact, 3 migration conditions were simulated and the aluminum migration was detected by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry. Results The limit of detection of the method was 0.5 μg/L, the linear range was wide, and the recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 87.0% to 99.2% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 0.4%-5.5% (n=6). Conclusion The established method is suitable for the detection of aluminum migration amount of food contact material aluminum foil under different migration conditions.
