摘要
食品生产许可制度是规范和提升食品生产企业生产水平、减少食品安全事故和推动整个食品行业进步的第一道屏障。本文通过对诏安县辖区内的23家青梅制品生产企业在食品生产许可证现场核查中发现的问题进行统计分析,将食品生产许可现场核查的各重点项目及问题进行分类描述,并从实际工作出发,提出相关的改进建议。为今后青梅制品生产许可证的现场核查工作或是其他类别食品的现场核查工作提供有益参考。
The food production licensing system is the first barrier to standardize and improve the production level of food production enterprises, reduce food safety accidents and promote the progress of the whole food industry. This paper made a statistical analysis on the problems found in the on-site inspection of food production license by 23 enterprises producing green plum products in Zhao'an county. The key items and problems of field inspection of food production license were classified and described, and the relevant suggestions for improvement were put forward from the actual work. It will provide useful references for the on-site verification of the production license of green plum products and the on-site verification of other types of food.
