摘要
"农村义务教育阶段学校教师特设岗位计划"是国家实施的重大教育战略,有效促进大学生就业,提高农村基础教育教学质量,促进义务教育的均衡发展。"特岗教师计划"无论是政策本身、实施效果,还是作为计划实践主体的特岗教师们的生存状态,都是值得探讨的问题。通过对来自河南省24个县区、不同教龄的中小学特岗教师的研究,考察他们的工作、学习和生活的基本状况,分析他们在服务期满后去留的原因,探索出相应的解决策略,帮助大学毕业生根据自身实际情况,理性投身农村教育,稳定特岗教师队伍,促进城乡教育均衡发展。

From 24 counties of Henan province, different teaching experience of primary and secondary school teachers research, investigate their work, study and life of the basic situation, analysis the cause of their future after the expiration of the service, explore the solution of the corresponding strategy, to help college graduates according to their own actual situation, rational in rural education, stable, teachers team, promote the balanced development of the urban and rural education.
