京津冀一体化视阈下北京石油高校毕业生雄安新区就业前景展望——以中国石油大学(北京)为例

高校学生作为国家重点培养的人力资源,肩负着未来的重任。当前我国尚处于体制转换时期,新旧体制与观念不断产生碰撞,尤其是在石油行业发生深刻变革之后,石油高校大学生就业工作进入历史性的新阶段,其严峻性引发各界关注与思考。而北京作为华北的经济中心,承担着较大的就业压力,使得华北地区就业资源均衡性欠缺。以北京石油高校毕业生为研究对象,结合其就业意愿与现状及京津冀一体化政策,就"雄安新区"就业前景进行多方位分析,从就业和创业等方面就其对北京石油高校毕业生就业带来的机遇做出合理化展望。

Especially after the profound changes in the oil industry, petroleum college students employment has entered a new stage of historical, and its serious situation has drawn the attention of people from all walks of life. Petroleum college graduates in Beijing are picked as the research object, taking their employment intention and the present situation as well as the integration of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region into consideration, the job prospects of the Xiongan New Area are multi-faceted analysed, to make a rational outlook employment opportunities from aspects of the employment and entrepreneurship.
