高职专业教育与创新创业教育深度融合的研究——以湖南石油化工职业技术学院为例

Research on the Deep Integration of Professional Education and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges Taking Hunan Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College as An Example

以湖南石油化工职业技术学院工业分析技术专业为例,介绍了专业教育与创新创业教育深度融合的实施途径,通过建立"阶梯式"人才培养模式、构建"模块化"课程体系、搭建师生创新创业平台、完善多元化考评机制以及开展石化特色双创教育等方式促进专业教育与创新创业教育的深度融合。既增强了学生的创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力,又提升了学生的职业技能,对提高学校的人才培养质量和推动经济的可持续发展有着重要意义和应用价值。

Taking industrial analysis major of Hunan Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College as an example, introduces the implementation approach of deep integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education. Through establishing step talent training mode, building a modular curriculum system, setting up an innovation and entrepreneurship platform for teachers and students, improving the diversity evaluation mechanism, and developing the petrochemical characteristic education and other ways to promote the deep integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education. It not only enhanced students＇ innovative spirit, entrepreneurial awareness and innovative and entrepreneurial ability, but also improved their vocational skills, which is of great significance and application value for improving the quality of personnel training and promoting the sustainable development of economy.
