"扁平化"思维是信息时代的智慧结晶,引发了管理领域的新探讨,也值得档案界学习与借鉴。论文首先阐述了"扁平化"思维内涵,探讨其与档案信息服务的联系;其次提出"扁平化"模式建构的时代意义与功能价值;再次从处在档案信息服务生态链中的主体、客体、对象、环境等四个维度归纳出"扁平化"模式建构的内容;最后提出了一系列面向用户需求的档案信息服务"扁平化"模式建构措施。

The ＂flattening＂ thinking is the product of the information era, which causes new discussions in the field of management, and it is also worthy studying and discussing in the archival field. Firstly, The paper elaborates the thinking connotation of＂flattening＂and discusses its connection with archival information service. Secondly, it puts forward the significance and function value of＂flattening＂model construction. Thirdly, it concludes the contents of＂flattening＂model construction from four dimensions（the subject, object, target and environment）. Finally, it puts forwards a series of＂flattening＂mode construction strategies of archival information service oriented to user’s requirements.
