该工程为建筑高度超过50m的一类高层综合办公楼,对全楼办公区域的RVR空调系统,地下室立体机械停车库和非机动车库的通风防排烟系统,高低压配电房、弱电机房、消防和生活泵房等设备用房的通风系统设计做了全面介绍。

This project is a class of high-rise composite office building that’s construction height is more than 50m, this paper introduces the RVR air conditioning system of the whole building office area, the ventilation and smoke control system of the basement three-dimensional mechanical parking garage and the non motorized garage, the ventilation system design of high and low voltage distribution room, weak current machine room, fire fighting and living pump room etc.
