高校人力资源管理成本的研究

摘要 高校作为人才培养的重要机构,需要将人才培养质量作为最终的发展目的,而人力资源的自身素质水平与高校的人才培养水平具有直接联系。为此,高校在资源管理中需要将人力资源管理作为首要任务。人力资源管理中的成本投入与高校的教育成本挂钩,因此,需要加强对人力资源管理成本的控制,进而实现高校的稳定发展。本文从人力资源的主要特征入手,分析高校人力资源管理的基本构成和主要内容,进一步探讨提升高校人力资源管理成本控制水平的重要思路,旨在为后续人力资源管理工作的开展提供参考。 As the important institution of talent cultivation,the colleges and universities need to take the talent training quality as the final purpose of development,and the quality level of human resources has direct contact with talent training level. As a consequence,human resource management needs to be a top priority in the management of resources in colleges and universities.The cost input is linked to the education cost. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the cost control of human resource management,so as to realize the stable development of colleges and universities. The study starts with the main characteristics of human resources,analyzes the basic structure and main content of human resource management,and further discusses the important ideas of control level of human resource management cost,so as to provide certain reference for the follow-up work of human resource management.
