基于行动过程的“三循环教学周期式”现代学徒制人才培养模式探索

Exploration on Talent Training Mode of Modern Apprenticeship System Based on the “Three-cycle Teaching Period” of Action Process

职业教育中通过引入现代学徒制,企业参与学校的人才培养,并积极参与学校的各种内涵建设,也使得学校与企业真正做到了"双主体育人"。黑龙江农业职业技术学院作为现代学徒制试点单位,并运用创新模式探索人才培养新思路,通过与企业深度融合,教学过程中以作物生产技术专业为例实施现代学徒制,深化教学改革,探寻基于现代学徒制的创新型培养模式。

Through the introduction of modern apprenticeship system in vocational education,enterprises participate in the school＇s talent training,and actively participate in the construction of various connotations in the school,which makes the school and the enterprise really do the ＂double bodies cultivation＂. Heilongjiang Agricultural Vocational and Technical College as a modern apprenticeship experiment unit,uses innovative models to explore new ideas of talent training. By depth integration with enterprises,and the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system in the teaching process with an example of crop production technology specialty, deepen the teaching reform, and explore innovative training model based on modern apprenticeship system.
