高职铁道工程技术专业现代学徒制人才培养模式探索

Study on the Talent Training Mode of Modern Apprenticeship System of Railway Engineering Technology Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

现代学徒制结合了现代职业教育与传统学徒制度,创建了学校与企业共同培养高素质技术技能人才的培养模式,开展和推行现代学徒制试点已成为我国高等职业教育创新发展行动计划的重要组成部分。本文以陕西铁路工程职业技术学院铁道工程技术专业为例,介绍了现代学徒制人才培养模式推行的基础,分析了现代学徒制实施的必要性与可行性,探索了现代学徒制实施的具体方案与保障机制。

Modern apprenticeship system is a combination of modern vocational education and the traditional apprenticeship system,which creates the talent training model of high quality technical talents by the school and the enterprise cultivation jointly. The implementation of the modern apprenticeship system has become an important part of education innovation development action plan. This paper takes the railway engineering technology as an example to explore the modern apprenticeship training mode,which introduces the status quo of modern apprenticeship system and analyzes the necessarity,feasibility,the implementation scheme and safeguard mechanism of modern apprenticeship system.
