摘要
对燃料油加氢装置一年多来的运行情况进行分析,结果表明DN-3531催化剂具有良好的脱硫活性和稳定性,脱硫率高达99.42%;装置能耗、氢耗和损失等指标基本符合设计要求;所产精制柴油收率高,普遍维持在90%以上,同时产品质量好,基本符合国Ⅵ标准。对装置反应炉出入口温升较大的问题进行了分析,认为主要原因在于反应热不足,综合考虑全厂物料平衡和装置实际的情况,提出了适当提高焦化柴油或催化裂化柴油的掺炼比例的改进建议。
The more than one year' s operation of the fuel oil hydrogenation unit is analyzed. The results show that DN-3531 catalyst offers good desulfurization activity and stability and desulfurization rate is as high as 99.42% ; The energy consumption, hydrogen consumption and loss basically meet the design requirements ; The yield of refined diesel is high and reaches over 90% , and the quality basically meets the national Wl standard. The higher temperature rise at the inlet of reactor furnace is analyzed, and the results show that the lower reaction heat is the main cause. It is recommended to properly increase the ratio of coker oil or FCC oil in the feedstock for improvement.
