天津分公司直馏柴油转化增产化工原料改造方案探讨 被引量:4

Investigation of the technology that can maximize chemical feedstock production by hydrocracking straight-run diesel for Tianjin Petrochemical Company

摘要 采用中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院开发的直馏柴油中压加氢转化增产化工原料技术(FDHC),重石脑油收率可达35%~45%,芳烃潜含量49.2%~53.4%,是优质的催化重整原料;未转化柴油收率35%~45%,BMCI值小于15,可作为蒸汽裂解制乙烯原料。该技术已经在中国石化集团燕山石化公司成功应用,增产喷气燃料及重石脑油等化工原料油,各产品收率以及性质指标均达到指标要求。中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司为实现降低柴汽比、增产化工料的目标,拟采用FDHC对2.60 Mt/a柴油加氢精制装置进行改造,通过切割点的合理调整,能够满足多产芳烃及乙烯化工原料的要求,重石脑油收率可达43.40%,是优质的重整原料,未转化油收率高达38.35%,BMCI值小于15,可作为乙烯裂解原料。 With the application of medium pressure feedstock diesel hydrocracking (FDHC) technology developed by SINOPEC Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals, the yield of heavy naph- tha can be as high as 35% -45% and potential aromatics yield is 49.2% -53.4% , and the heavy naphtha is a good feedstock for catalytic reforming. The unconverted diesel whose yield is as high as 35% -45% and BMCI is lower than 15 can be used as the feedstock for steam cracking process for ethylene production. This technology has been successfully applied by SINOPEC Yanshan Petrochemical Company. The yields of jet fuel and chemical feedstocks such as jet fuel and heavy naphtha, etc have been increased. The yields and properties of products have met required specifications. To reduce the diesel to gasoline ratio and increase the feed-stock yields for chemical production, SINOPEC Tianjin Petrochemical Company plans to apply FDHC process to revamp its 2.6 MM TPY diesel hydrotreating unit to maximize the production of chemical feedstocks such as aromatics and ethylene by properly adjusting the cut point. The yield of heavy naphtha which is a good feed- stock for catalytic reforming can reach 43.40%. The unconverted oil whose yield is as high as 38.35% and BMCI is lower than 15 is a good feedstock for ethylene crackers.
