中药注射剂辅助放化疗治疗对肿瘤患者生活质量影响的初步观察

Preliminary Observation on the Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection Adjuvant Chemoradiotherapy on the Quality of Life of Tumor Patients

目的:探讨中药注射剂辅助放化疗治疗对肿瘤患者生活质量的影响。方法:76例肿瘤患者随机分为观察组以及对照组,每组38例。对照组根据肿瘤类型给予相应放化疗治疗措施,观察组在对照组基础上加用艾迪注射液或参芪扶正注射液静脉滴注。连续观察6周。治疗前后采用Karnofsky功能状态(KPS)评分、简体中文版生活质量评估表(QLQ-C30)评价两组患者生活质量。结果:观察组治疗后KPS评分较治疗前显著升高,而QLQ-C30评分则较前降低(P<0.05),且均优于对照组治疗后的评分(P<0.05)。结论:中药注射剂辅助放化疗治疗较单纯放化疗治疗肿瘤患者生活质量更获益。

Objective： To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine injection adjuvant chemoradiotherapy on the quality of life of cancer patients. Methods： Totally 76 cases of cancer patients were selection from PLA 307 hospital and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 38 ones in each group. The control group was given chemoradiation,and the observation group was given Aidi injection or Shenqi Fuzheng injection intravenously additionally. The treatment course was 4 weeks. Before and after the treatment,cartesian score（ KPS）,simplified Chinese quality of life assessment（ QLQ C30） were used to evaluate the quality of life. Results： After the treatment,the KPS was higher than that before the treatment,while QLQ C30 score decreased and was better than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The traditional Chinese medicine injection adjuvant chemoradiotherapy is more beneficial to the quality of life of cancer patients than chemoradiortherapy only.
