高速逆流色谱法测定卡泊三醇软膏的含量

Determination of Calcipotriol Ointment by High-speed Counter-current Chromatography

目的:建立高速逆流色谱法测定卡泊三醇软膏的含量。方法:采用高速逆流色谱法,溶剂体系为正己烷-乙醇-水(2∶1:0.5,v/v/v),进样量为1 ml,检测波长265 nm。结果:卡泊三醇在4.02~40.20μg·ml^(-1)呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4),平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为0.4%(n=9)。结论:高速逆流色谱法简单、快速、适用于卡泊三醇软膏的含量测定。

Objective： To develop a new method for the determination of calcipotriol ointment by high-speed counter-current chromatography（ HSCCC）. Methods： An HSCCC method was used coupled with two-phase solvent system consisting of petroleum benzine-ethanol-water（ 2 ∶1 ∶0. 5,v/v/v）. The injection volume was 1. 0 ml and the detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. Results： The proposed method showed good linearity within the range of 4. 02-40. 20 μg·ml-1（ r = 0. 999 4）. The average recovery was 99. 2%,and the RSD was 0. 4%（ n = 9）. Conclusion： The HSCCC method is simple and rapid,and suitable for the determination of calcipotriol ointment.
