视频监控标准化建设是加强人民币发行库守卫安全管理工作的重要保证。其中规范人民币发行库视频监控系统建设是有效防控和化解发行库守卫风险,成为项目建设标准化的重要基础。本文以招投标工作为载体,对相关标准在编撰招标文件、制定评标办法及合同管理等方面的综合运用进行思考与探索。

Video monitoring standardization is a significant guarantee for strengthening the security management of RMB Issuance Treasury, which can effectively refuse risks and constitute the foundation of standard project standardization. Based on the work of bidding and tendering, this paper explores the comprehensive application of standards among compiling bidding document, formulating bid evaluation method and contract management.
