摘要
本文通过检测不同浸泡条件下不锈钢浸泡茶水时的重金属迁移量,分析茶叶对不锈钢重金属迁移量的影响,明确不锈钢食具浸泡茶叶时重金属铅、镉、砷、铬、镍的迁移量是否超标,并针对不锈钢食具在生产生活中的情况提出建议,为不锈钢食具的质量控制和标准化研究提供参考依据。
By measuring the heavy metal migration of stainless steel soaked in tea at different conditions, this paper analyzes the effect of tea on the migration of heavy metals from stainless steel, and determines whether the migration of heavy metal such as lead, cadmium, arsenic, chromium and nickel exceed the quota when the stainless steel utensils are soaked in tea. Finally, it gives some suggestions on the situation of stainless steel utensils in production and life to provide reference for quality control and standardization of stainless steel utensils.
