互联网背景下服务外包信息安全管理策略研究——基于信任视角

Information Security Management Strategy of Service Outsourcing in the Context of Internet — A Perspective of Mutual Trust

互联网的高度开放性对信息安全的威胁日益严峻。在服务外包过程中,信息安全管理被视为最为核心的内容,从数据保护的角度看信息安全,最重要的就是合同各方必须建立高度的信任。本文从相互信任的视角,重新审视服务外包供应商与客户之间的关系,并提出互联网背景下服务外包信息安全管理的策略。

The high openness of the Internet threatens the information security seriously. Information security management is regarded as the core content during the process of service outsourcing,and each party of the contract must establish a high degree of trust. This paper discusses the relationship between suppliers and clients from the aspect of the mutual trust,and proposes the corresponding strategies of service outsourcing information security management under the Internet background.
