高校创新创业教育发展研究——基于“驱动力-压力-状态-影响-响应”理论视角 被引量:5

摘要 发展创新创业教育,培养创新创业人才,是高等教育改革的重要趋势之一。根据DPSIR模型分析,目前高校创新创业教育由于尚处于探索时期,同时受到传统教育模式和思想观念的束缚,面临着师资、与专业教育融合和氛围营造上的压力,形成了师资短缺、专业教育与创新创业教育分离、创新创业文化匮乏的状态,出现了创新创业教育质量不高、实用价值低、引导功能不足等问题。高校据此采取了加强师资队伍建设、促进与专业教育融合、培育文化氛围等响应措施。为了进一步发展完善创新创业教育,高校还应当在教师队伍结构优化、教育方法理念的深度融合、创新创业教育制度文化的建设上进行改进。 It is one of the important trends of higher education reform to develop innovation and entrepreneurship education and foster relevant talents. According to the analysis of the Drivers-Pressures- State-Impact-Response Model, innovation and entrepreneurship education is still in the exploration period in universities now, bound by traditional education mode and ideology, and faces with the pressures of teacher resource, the integration with professional education and the atmosphere building. The shortage of teachers, the separation of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, and the lack of culture atmosphere have resulted in the problems of low quality, low practical value and insufficient guiding function of innovative entrepreneurship education. Accordingly, universities have taken measures to strengthen the construction of teachers, promote the integration with professional education and cultivate cultural atmosphere. In order to further develop, universities should concentrate on the structural optimization of teachers, the deep integration of educational concept, and the construction of system culture.
