摘要
"一带一路"建设开启了我国对外开放的新阶段,开辟了科技合作的新方向、新领域。具有深厚的行业背景以及鲜明学科特色的行业特色型高校开展"一带一路"科技合作,有利于发挥学校在行业科技创新中的引领作用,有利于推动"一带一路"沿线国家相关行业的发展与进步。从行业特色型高校开展"一带一路"科技合作的现状以及问题出发,分析造成这些问题的原因,并从激发行业特色型高校的积极性,基于行业的"一带一路"科技合作统筹布局和前瞻性研究,建立多边协作网络等三个方面提出相应的实施策略。
The Belt and Road has opened a new stage of China＇s opening to the outside world and opened up new directions and new fields of scientific and technological cooperation. Industry characteristics universities, with deep industry background and distinctive disciplinary features, which develop the Belt and Road scientific and technological cooperation, are conducive to giving full play to the leading role in scientific and technological innovation, and promoting the industrial development in countries along B＆R. This paper analyzed the problems and causes of industry characteristics universities during developing the Belt and Road scientific and technological cooperation, and then provided strategies from the following aspects： stimulating the enthusiasm of industry characteristics universities; based on industry, strengthening the overall layout and prospective studies; establishing multilateral cooperative networks.
