芬兰应用技术大学科研功能发展的制度分析——以坦佩雷某应用技术大学为例

The Institutional Context of Research Development in Finnish UAS:A Case Study of a UAS in Tampere

作为一种新型的高等教育组织,应用技术大学科研功能的发展有着深刻的根源。研究以芬兰坦佩雷某应用技术大学的科研发展为例,运用新制度主义的组织合法性理论,对该校科研发展的制度动因进行分析。研究发现,应用技术大学科研功能的确立和发展,是不同利益相关者、通过不同制度要素影响高校合法性的结果。

As a new type of higher educational organization, the University of Applied Sciences （UAS） acquires its research mission in a complex institutional context. Employing organizational legitimacy concepts, this study examines the institutional causes of the research development in a case UAS in Tampere. It argues that research development in UAS is influenced and determined by multiple stake- holders in existing institutional environment. At different stages, each stake-holder may apply different institutional element to affect the organizational legitimacy of individual UAS, so to bring changes in the research development in the UAS.
