TiO_2/Fe-TiO_2复合材料的制备及其对甲醛降解性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用水热合成法制备纯TiO_2和Fe-TiO_2光催化材料,然后将n型TiO_2半导体与p型Fe-TiO_2半导体复合,制备出具有p-n结的TiO_2/Fe-TiO_2复合光催化材料。实验表明,当铁掺杂量为0.5%(Fe/Ti摩尔比),制备的TiO_2/Fe-TiO_2光催化材料对甲醛降解性能最佳,其禁带宽度为3.02 eV,在甲醛浓度为0.08 mg/m3的环境条件下进行测试,紫外光照射3 h对甲醛气体的降解率达到30.3%。 TiO2 and Fe-TiO2 photo-catalyst material were made by using hydro-thermal synthetic teehnique,p-n junction photo-catalyst of TiO2/Fe-TiO2 were prepared by compounding n-type TiO2 respectively with Fe-TiO2 semiconductor. It is shown that when iron ratio is 0.5% (Fe/Ti molar ratio),TiOJFe-TiO2 photocatalyst material achieves the best formaldehyde degradation performance and its energy gap is 3.02 eV. What's more,when formaldehyde concentration is 0.08 mg/m3, the degradation rate of formaldehyde gas that has been irradiated by ultraviolet for 3 hours is 30.3%.
