摘要
采用异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、稀释剂、泡沫稳定剂和催化剂等原材料,开发一种聚氨酯堵水材料,考察—NCO含量、聚醚多元醇配比、催化剂互配对其性能的影响。结果表明,—NCO含量为25.5%,聚醚多元醇DL-400与DD-4110的质量比为2∶1,胺类催化剂与有机金属化合物催化剂质量比为4∶6时,聚氨酯堵水材料的各项性能较好,并应用于山西煤销集团野川煤业公司主斜井的堵水,取得了较好的效果。
A polyurethane water plugging material was developed by using isocyanate, polyether polyol,diluent,foam stabilizer and catalyst. The effects of -NCO content,polyether polyol ratio and catalyst pairing performance were investigated. The results show that the water plugging material shows excellent on all the performances when the content of-NCO is 25.5%,DL-400 and DD-4110 polyether polyol ratio 2:1,amine catalyst and organic metal catalyst ratio is 4:6. It has been applied for water plugging in main shaft of Shanxi Coal Sales Group Yechuan Coal Company, and achieved good results.
