摘要
反复或持续发作的心律失常可导致血流动力学障碍甚至猝死,严重危害人类的健康。经导管消融和立体定向心律失常放射消融治疗(stereotactic arrhythmia radioablation,STAR)均通过不同能量形式破坏心律失常的折返环路或消除异常病灶而达到治疗心律失常的目的,而STAR通过体外射线聚焦技术,实现无创、高效、三维消融心律失常病灶,有广阔的应用前景。本文就STAR的研究进展作一综述。
Prolonged instances of arrhythmia may not only exacerbate original heart diseases, but also cause hemodynamic disorders and even sudden death. Catheter ablation, which utilizes a catheter to directly destroy the underlying arrhythmia substrate, has become the main treatment. Recent advances have enabled noninvasive delivery of precise arrhythmia radioablation with electrophysiology-guided stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), termed stereotactic arrhythmia radioablation (STAR). The progress of STAR was reviewed in this paper.
