With the development and improvement of colleges and universities in china, the financial management business has been an important subject.Nowadays, there are some defects and deficiencies in this field. It is critical to take active and effective measures. In order to promote all work of colleges and universities, some effective methods and strategies of financial management problems are mainly discussed in this paper.
