摘要
目的探讨早期康复护理对脑血管病偏瘫患者运动功能和日常生活能力的影响。方法选取本院收治的108例脑血管偏瘫患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为两组,各54例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施早期康复护理,两组治疗前后的运动功能、13常生活能力变化比较。结果研究组出院前的上肢及下肢运动功能评分分别为(55.8±10.2)分、(29.8±3.1)分,均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组出院前的Barthel指数评分均较入院时明显提高,HAMD评分明显降低。研究组出院前的Barthel指数评分为(75.2±17.5)分,显著高于对照组,HAMD评分为(7.2±2.4)分,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论脑血管病偏瘫患者实施早期康复护理能够有效促进患者肢体运动功能及日常生活活动能力的恢复,改善患者的生存质量。
Objective To explore the influence of early rehabilitation nursing on motor function and daily living ability of patients with cerebrovascular disease and hemiplegia. Methods 108 patients with cerebrovascular disease and hemiplegia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 54 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, and the study group received early rehabilitation nursing care. Then compared the motor function and daily living ability between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results The motor function scores of upper extremity and lower extremity in the study group before discharge were (55.8±10.2) and (29.8±3.1) respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). The Barthel index of both groups before discharge were significantly higher than those at admission, and the HAMD scores were significantly lower. The Barthel index of the study group before discharge was (75.2±17.5), which was significantly higher than that of the control group; the HAMD score was (7.2±2.4), which was significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The early rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebrovascular disease and hemiplegia can effectively promote the recovery of limb motor function and activities of daily living, and improve the quality of life of patients.
