株洲湘潭地区专线物流企业的调查研究

An Investigation Research on the Logistics Firms for Specific Line in Zhuzhou and Xiangtan Areas

为进一步推动长株潭物流发展,针对株洲湘潭地区200家物流企业进行了实地走访和问卷调查。调查显示,株洲湘潭地区物流需求不均衡,回程空载率高,物流企业经营理念老化,现代信息技术运用不足。物流企业发展需要解决当前存在的突出问题,充分利用互联网＋物流,强化信息技术管理;打造专线品牌,提高品牌认知度;提高从业人员专业素质,并加强服务于合作。

In order to promote logistics development of special line for Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan,we have investigated 200 special line logistics enterprises from Zhuzhou and Xiangtan by interviews and questionnaire.According to the investigation,we found that problems from these enterprises are including unbalanced supplies and demands,poor IT and non-professional human resources management,and so forth.It is necessary to take measures to promote the logistics development by the use of Internet plus logistics,IT management,branding of special lines,more professional employees and service.
