论现代科技伦理的应然逻辑

现代科技伦理的应然逻辑生成及其运作轨迹包括三个相互联系的环节:一是作为"特殊意志的善",蕴涵了现代科技伦理主体的生命德性意识觉醒。科技活动主体之所以生成为现代科技伦理主体,是通过反思现代科技发展产生的类似于"多米诺骨牌"般连锁反应的一系列伦理悖论与伦理负效应,其敬畏自然、敬畏生命的意识和造福人类的生命伦理责任油然而生,并转化为其"特殊意志的善"。二是作为"特殊规定的善",体现了现代科技伦理主体的意志自律。为了防止现代科技伦理主体其集体行动产生伦理悖论效应,能以珍爱生命规约其科技研发与应用的顶层设计,以"按照美的规律来建造"引领其科技研发的产品设计与应用,在现代科技发展的进程中,要将科技成果及其应用的量增到生态伦理的质的提升。三是作为"善本身的规定",构建引导和约束现代科技共同体集体行动和科技活动个体的认知和行为的道德自律与他律的现代科技制度伦理机制,以调控现代科技伦理主体集体行动,超越现代科技伦理悖论,自觉地在现代科技的发展进程中,实现"能做"与"应做"、道德责任与道德责任能力、理性选择与价值选择、自律与他律多元性的辩证统一。

The inherent logic behind the modern scientific and technological ethics is made up of three connecting links.The first is"kindness of special will".The subjects of scientific and technological activities are also subjects of scientific and technological ethics because they reflect on the ethical paradoxes and negativity in these activities.Their reflection is"kindness of special will"as they show awe to Nature and take responsibility for the welfare of human beings.The second is"kindness of special stipulation".It means that the subjects are self-disciplined to prevent the individualistic or collective ethic erosion.The third is"stipulation of kindness itself".This means that we should guide the collective and individual actions in an effort to achieve coordination between self-discipline and heteronomy,and what people can do and what people should do.
