哲学社会科学研究的学风之治——问题、德法之途与生态优化

Academic atmosphere of philosophy and social sciences

学风问题主要是做学术研究的态度、方法与观念方面的问题。当前,哲学社会科学领域存在的学风问题主要有学术不端、学术失范、学术浮夸、学术腐败等。不良学风问题的形成,既有科研本身的内部因素,又有社会的外部因素;既有科研人员自身的主观原因,又有体制局限、环境障碍等客观方面的因素。在中国特色社会主义新时代,哲学社会科学学风问题的根本解决,需要寻求德治与法治相结合,着力于优化学术生态环境的若干有效治理举措。

Unsatisfactory academic atmosphere manifests itself as academic misconduct,academic dishonesty and academic corruption.This is ascribable to the internal factors such as the nature of scientific research and researchers and the external factors including social influence and research systems.This paper proposes that stress should be placed on both law and code of conduct so as to improve the academic atmosphere.
