西江干流梧州至高要段防洪特性分析 被引量:4

摘要 为探讨西江干流梧州至高要段主要防洪城镇及堤岸的现状防洪能力,整理分析了该河段的现有防洪规划、控制水面线、河道演变特性及实测水文资料,结合建立的西江中游河网及梯级水库整体数学模型进行计算,结果表明,梧州至高要段堤岸的防洪能力总体已达到规划防洪标准,未达标段主要集中在封开县江口镇、川江镇等乡镇河段;梧州至高要段上游端控制站点梧州水文站水位近10年来变化很小,下游端高要站则有所抬升;近些年梧州至高要河段之间的重点防洪城市和主要市县堤防的防洪能力得以维持甚至有所提高;其他位置河段规划的10年一遇的堤岸防洪能力则显著提升。 To investigate the flood defense capacity of the banks along the reach from Wuzhou to Gaoyao city in the main river of Xijiang River,analysis was made for existing flood prevention plans,control water level profiles,characteristics of riverbed evolution and field hydrological data by one-dimensional hydro-dynamical mathematical model. It shows that flood defense capacities of the banks along the reach have mostly reached the targets planned,while those not reached are mainly located in some villages and towns subordinated to the county of Fengkai. There is little variation of water levels at the cross section of the Wuzhou Hydrological Station in recent ten years in the upstream of the reach,while water levels at the Gaoyao hydrodynamical station in the downstream had been higher than before under same fluxes. Flood defense capacities of key major cities and counties along the reach from Wuzhou to Gaoyao have been remained or improved in recent years,and have been enhanced for other embankments against the flood of ten percent frequency.
