摘要
当前我国高精度惯性导航系统研制已取得长足进展,但惯性导航系统的精度、可靠性和寿命等应用性能距离世界先进水平仍有差距,主要问题在于全寿命周期内的海量测试数据没有被充分挖掘、分析和应用,严重制约了惯性导航系统精度的提升、可靠性分析和寿命预估的准确性。因此,系统、准确、高效、合理地处理设计、生产、测试和使用过程中的海量数据是分析解决高精度惯性导航系统存在问题、提高生产效率、提升产品质量的有效途径。首先,详细分析了惯性导航测试系统数据采集和数据管理中存在的问题,提出大数据管理分析系统的需求和目标;其次,结合数据管理和分析中的关键技术,构建了惯性导航测试系统以数据采集层、数据支撑层和数据应用层为3大模块的大数据分析平台基本框架。为高精度惯性导航系统优化设计、提升精度、保障产品可靠性、合理预估系统寿命及适应未来战争提供了发展思路。
Although the development of high accuracy inertial navigation system in our country has already made a great progress,the accuracy,reliability,life and other application properties still have very big gaps compared with the advanced world level. The main problem is that the abundant test data of high accuracy inertial navigation system in whole life time has not been analyzed and applied. This situation seriously restricts the development of high accuracy inertial navigation system. As a result,systematically,accurately,efficiently,and reasonably processing the abundant test data which generated during design,manufacture,test and using is the effective way to solve the problem,lift the efficiency,and improve the quality of high accuracy inertial navigation system. In this paper,the problems existing in data collection and data management of inertial navigation test system is analyzed firstly,and the requirements and objectives of big data manage-ment and analysis system are proposed. Secondly,by the use of the key techniques of data management and analysis,a big data analysis platform basic framework which consists data acquisition layer is built,data supporting layer,and data application layer. This platform will benefit the design optimization,accuracy improvement,reliability guarantee and life estimation of the inertial navigation system.
