某涡扇发动机齿轮箱组件精密装调技术 被引量:1

Precise Assembly Technology Research on Gearbox of Turbo Fan Engine

摘要 分析某涡扇发动机齿轮箱组件的结构特点和装调工艺难点,提出了齿轮箱组件精密装调的关键技术,制定了合理的装调技术方案,采用理论计算和分析、工艺试验等方式开展齿轮侧隙检测、弧齿锥齿轮侧隙调整、接触印痕检测与调整等关键技术研究。通过设计专用测量装置实现了弧齿锥齿轮侧隙检测,研究弧齿锥齿轮侧隙调整方法,进行了侧隙变化量的理论计算并开展工艺试验对理论计算结果进行验证,得到了弧齿锥齿轮轴向位移与侧隙变化量之间的数值关系,为弧齿锥齿轮侧隙调整提供依据。分析了弧齿锥齿轮接触印痕影响因素,采用着色检查进行弧齿锥齿轮接触印痕检测,并开展工艺试验研究接触印痕的调整规律,通过对工艺试验结果进行分析总结并结合锥齿轮接触印痕理论变化规律,得到了弧齿锥齿轮接触印痕调整的半定量规律。通过研究突破了齿轮箱组件精密装调技术瓶颈,完成一台合格产品的装配和调试。 The structural characteristics and process difficulties about the gearbox assembly of turbo fan engine is an- alyzed, advance the key technologies of the gearbox assembly, and a reasonable technical proposal is established. The key technologies of gear clearance measuring, spiral bevel gear clearance adjusting, contact spot measuring and adjusting is studied by theoretical analysis arithmetic and process experiment. The spiral bevel gear clearance measuring is achieved by designing a special measuring device, and the adjusting method of spiral bevel gear clearance is studied. Through theoreti- cal arithmetic of the clearance variation and process experiment, the numerical relationship between the axial displacement and the clearance variation is obtained, this can provide basis for the spiral bevel gear clearance adjusting. The influence factor of spiral bevel gear contact spot is analyzed, the contact spot is obtained by color inspection. The adjustment law is studied through process experiment, and the semi quantitative law is obtained by analysis and summary the result of process experiment base on theoretical change law of bevel gear contact spot. It breaks out the assembly process bottlenecks of gear box, and a qualified product is assembled.
