过食肥甘与糖尿病关系的历史沿革 被引量:26

Historical Development of the Relationship between Polyphagia and Diabetes

摘要 糖尿病发病率的迅速增长与现代社会饮食习惯的改变密切相关。基于中医古籍对过食肥甘与糖尿病之间的关系进行系统分析和梳理,认为《黄帝内经》最早描述嗜食肥甘导致脾瘅、消渴,奠定了过食肥甘致病的理论基础,《金匮要略》建立膏粱之人体弱致病的观点,之后经过魏、晋、隋、唐时期对过食肥甘致病应用范畴的拓展、宋金元时期学术争鸣的创新实践、明清时期承上启下的推动、近现代结合现代医学理论的促进,过食肥甘致病的内涵不断发展并成熟,不合理的饮食结构可诱发脾瘅导致糖尿病发病已成为共识。 The rapid increase in the incidence of diabetes is closely related to changes in eating habits in modern society. Based on the ancient books of Chinese Medicine,we systematically analyzed and combed the relationship between over-eating and diabetes. We believe that Inner Canon of Yellow Emporor( 《黄帝内经》) firstly described the eating habits of polyphagia as the cause of spleen-heat syndrome and diabetes,and laid the theoretical foundation for polyphagia. Golden Chamber Synopsis( 《金匮要略》) established the view that the human body is weak and pathogenic. After the Wei,Jin,Sui and Tang Dynasties,it expanded the scope of application of polyphagia diseases,and the innovative practice of academic contend during the Song and Jin dynasties,and the promotion of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. With the promotion of modern medical theory combined with modern methods,the connotation of overeating disease caused by polyphagia has been continuously developed and matured. It has become a consensus that an unreasonable diet can induce spleen-heat syndrome and lead to the onset of diabetes.
