基于“治未病”思想探讨癌毒病机理论在肿瘤防治中的应用

Application of the Theory of Cancer Toxin Pathogenesis Based on the Idea of “Preventive Treatment of Disease” in Cancer Prevention and Treatment

"治未病"思想是中医学理论体系中的重要组成部分,对于疾病的预防、治疗以及愈后具有重要意义。癌毒病机理论是在传承周仲瑛教授癌毒学术思想的基础上创建的中医肿瘤病机理论体系,该理论分析了以癌毒为核心的肿瘤发生发展的演变规律。基于"治未病"思想,从未病先防、既病防变、愈后防复三个方面探讨癌毒病机理论在肿瘤防治中的具体应用,进一步推广癌毒病机理论,提高中医药防治肿瘤的临床疗效。

The idea of＂preventive treatment of disease＂is an important part of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine. It is of great significance for the prevention,treatment and later treatment of diseases. The theory of cancer toxin pathogenesis is a theoretical system of TCM pathogenesis established on the basis of the academic thought of Professor ZHOU Zhongying. This theory analyzes the evolution of the development of tumors with cancer toxin as the core. Based on the idea of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂,the specific application of the theory of cancer toxin pathogenesis in cancer prevention has been discussed from the three aspects of prevention before disease,prevention development after illness,prevention of relapse,and further promotion of the theory of cancer toxin pathogenesis,so as to improve the clinical efficacy of TCM for preventing and treating cancer.
