智慧教育背景下教师教学引导力的研究:以化学教师为例 被引量:6

摘要 文章从智慧教育的分析视角探究了教师教学引导力在教学信息化发展过程中的关键作用。研究分析发现:智慧教育背景下化学教师教学力的研究较少,实践教学中的应用案例则更少。文章以化学教师为例,由引导的内涵出发,分析化学教师课堂中和课堂外的引导力,从引导过程、引导设计、引导标准、引导培训等四个角度提出促进引导力的策略,以期提高智慧教育下中学化学教师的教学能力。 From the perspective of smart education, this paper explores the key role of teachers' guiding power in the development of teaching informatization. The study finds that under the background of smart education, there are a few researches on teaching ability of chemistry teachers, and fewer application cases in practical teaching. The paper takes chemistry teachers as example and analyzes their guiding power in and out of class. Then in order to improve the teaching ability of chemistry teachers under smart education, the paper puts forward the strategy of promoting the guiding power from four angles, such as guiding process, guiding design, guiding standards and guiding training.
