摘要
本文结合学校"课堂文明"量化考核管理体系,以思想教育为导向,深化"人机分离"的必要性与重要性;以制度建设为抓手,因地制宜制定配套评比标准、惩罚办法和使用规范等管理制度;以移动互联网为依托,化挑战为机遇;以队伍建设为核心,完善人才培养的重要途径。本文以这四个思维为导向,探索在移动互联网时代高校大学生如何进行课堂自我管理,旨在通过学生自身的努力实现自我教育、自我管理、自我服务,并为高校管理提供借鉴之意。
This article combines the school "classroom civilization" quantitative assessment management system, to the ideological education as the guide, deepen the "man-machine separation" of the necessity and importance;to build the system for the grasp,according to local conditions to develop supporting evaluation criteria, penalties and the use of norms and other management system;To rely on the mobile Internet, Challenge as an opportunity;To team building as the core,improving the important way of personnel training. This paper is guided by these four thinking,to explore how college students can carry out classroom self-management in the era of mobile Internet,aimed at the students through their own efforts to achieve self-education, self-management, self-service,and provide reference for the management of colleges and universities.
