摘要
近年来伴随着素质教育的不断深化,学前教育专业学生的艺术素养成为众多用人单位考评的重要指标之一,在学前教育专业人才培养的教学计划中,提高学生的艺术技能,提升学生的艺术创新能力成为人才培养的重要板块。本文从艺术实训基地培养模式和导师制人才培养模式两方面展开论述,力争在新的时代背景下找到能够适合社会人才需求的学前教育专业艺术创新能力培养模式,完善学前教育专业学生艺术创新能力不足的弊病。
in recent years, with the continuous deepening of quality education, the artistic literacy of pre-school education students has become one of the important indicators of the evaluation of many employers. Improving students' artistic skills and improving students' artistic innovation ability become an important part of talent training. This paper discusses the training mode of art training base and the talent training mode of tutor system. Under the new background of the times, we can find the mode of cultivating the artistic innovation ability of preschool education specialty, and perfect the deficiency of artistic innovation ability of pre-school education students.
