摘要 "双一流"方案是我国高等教育改革发展的重大举措,为应用型大学学科发展提供了机遇和挑战。本文探索地方应用型计算机学科的内涵与发展战略,从特色学科建设、精品团队建设、服务地方需求、师资人才培养四个方面探讨"双一流"背景下计算机学科发展的四个"精准"要素,旨在为其他地方应用型大学"双一流"建设以及计算机学科发展提供一定的参考。 Building a"Double First-Class"university is an important goal of the reform and development of higher education in china,it provides opportunities and challenges for the development of application-oriented universities. This paper explores the connotation and development strategy of locally applied computer science in universities. We focus on the four aspects of the construction of characteristic disciplines,the construction of the high-quality team,the service of local needs and the training of teachers. The paper discusses the "precision"elements of the development of computer science under the background of "Double First-Class". The purpose of this paper is to provide some references for the construction of the"Double First-Class"and the development of computer science in other places.
