新型光场测量仪

A new type instrument for optical field measurement

摘要 高精度光场测量在光学元件精密测量、光束质量诊断、生物光学成像等方面具有重要应用。本文介绍了基于相位恢复成像技术研制的新型光场测量仪的基本原理,并介绍了该仪器在大口径光学元件面型测量、长焦距透镜焦距测量、激光光束波前测量、装校面型检测和光学元件热畸变测量等方面的多功能应用。该仪器是一种体积小巧、使用便捷的高精度测量仪器。 High-precision optical field measurement is important for beam quality diagnosis, optical element precision measurement, bio-optical imaging and so on. In this paper, we introduce the basic principle of a new type of optical field measuring instrument which is developed based on phase retrieval technology. Also we introduce the multifunctional applications in measurement of large diameter optical element surface, long focal length lens, laser beam wavefront, optical alignment and optical element thermal distortion. It is a high precision measuring instrument with compact size and userfriednliness.
