摘要
简介烟气连续排放监测系统(CEMS);结合项目的具体情况,对颗粒物监测、气态污染物监测、温度、压力、流量、湿度等参数监测,从测量精度、适用范围和经济效益等方面论证优化了烟气脱硫CEMS的设计方案;对CEMS各个子系统的工作原理、系统组成、主要参数进行了较为详细的介绍,同时简介了CEMS安装维护方面的优化措施和注意事项。优化设计的CEMS既达到环保监测的目的,又降低了成本,提高CEMS的性价比。
The continuous emission monitoring system of flue gas (CEMS) is introduced. According to the specific conditions of the project, the parameters of particle monitoring, gaseous pollutants monitoring, temperature, pressure, flow and humidity are monitored, and the design scheme of the sulfur removal CEMS is optimized from the measurement accuracy, the scope of application and the economic benefit, and the various subsystems of the CEMS are discussed. The working principle, system composition and main parameters of the system are introduced in detail. At the same time, the optimization measures and matters needing attention in the installation and maintenance of CEMS are also introduced. The optimized design of CEMS not only achieves the purpose of environmental monitoring, but also reduces the cost and improves the cost performance of CEMS.
