摘要
基于紫外差分法测定氮氧化物超低排放研究,通过实验室测试,紫外差分方法响应时间、检出限、零点漂移、量程漂移、线性误差、重复性、稳定性和低浓度的准确性均能满足相关标准的要求。现场测试,通过非分散红外法和紫外差分法进行方法比对,在不同生产工况下,氮氧化物测量偏差均不超过±6umol/mol,符合规范要求。综上所述,紫外差分法测定氮氧化物从工作原理、实验室测试、现场测试均满足新形势下环境管理要求。
Ultraviolet differential method for the determination of ultra-low nitrogen oxide emissions based on the study of ultra-violet differential method for the determination of ultra-low nitrogen oxide emissions. In the field test, the non- dispersive infrared method and ultraviolet differential method were used to compare the measurement deviation of NOx under different production conditions. In conclusion, the UV-difference method for the determination of nitrogen oxide meets the requirements of environmental management in the new situation.
