液相色谱-原子荧光联用法测定稻米中形态砷

摘要 建立了液相色谱一原子荧光光谱联用法(LC--AFS)测定稻米中4种砷形态的分析方法。考察了该方法的有效性,结果表明,4个组分的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9991~0.9994;进行加标回收实验,4个组分的回收率为95.1%~110%;4个组分的检出限分别为0.25ng/mL、0.36ng/mL、0.39ng/mL和0.62ng/mL;各组分峰面积的相对标准偏差均低于5%。最后,对稻米标准物质进行了分析测定,结果表明该方法定值准确。 A method of high performance liquid chromatography-atom fluorescence spectrometry (HPLC-AFS) was established for the determination of four arsenic speciation in rice, including arsenite (As Ⅲ), dimethylarsinic acid (DMA), monomethylarsonic acid (MMA), and arsenate As(V). The evaluation of method was researched. Good linear ranges of the four arsenic forms were obtained, and the correlation coefficients were between 0.9991 and 0.9994. The spiked recoveries of the four compounds were in the range of 95.1%-110%. The limits of detection for the four compounds were 0.26, 0.36, 0.39 and 0.62 ng/mL, respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSD) of peak area for the four arsenic forms were less than 5%. In addition, the rice standard material was analyzed, and the accurate test results was obversed.
