摘要
为了提高车体外防腐涂装工艺质量,选择双组分环氧底漆配套脂肪族丙烯酸聚氯酯面漆防腐涂料对防腐涂装工艺流程进行分析,采用电泳涂层的盐雾试验对车身涂层耐腐性进行评价,结果表明,6块样件的单边扩蚀均小于2.mm,涂层的耐防腐性能较好,最后提出了提高底漆附着力、着重防腐涂层打磨清洁、加强涂层质量检验等提高涂装质量的措施。
In order to improve the in-vehicle anti-corrosion coating process quality, the two-component epoxy primer was used to analyze the anti-corrosion coating process of aliphatic acrylic urethane top coat anti-corrosion coating.The electrophoretic coating salt spray test was applied to the body coating.Corrosion resistance was evaluated.The results show that Unilateral etching of 6 pieces of sample is less than 2mm,and the coating has good anti-corrosion performance. At last, measures such as improving the adhesion of the primer, emphasizing the abrasion and cleaning of the anti-corrosion coating,and strengthening the quality inspection of the coating,are proposed.
