摘要
为了提高五轴加工的精度,本文基于UG/Post软件,对Hermle德国哈默C20U五轴加工中心的后置处理器进行开发,设置机床类型、程序、刀轨参数,并以叶轮为研究对象,完成NC代码转换,验证后置处理器的有效性。实验结果表明:开发的后置处理器可以比较精确的完成叶轮的加工。
In order to improve the accuracy of five-axis machining, this paper develops the post processor of Hermle's Hammer C20U five-axis machining center based on UG/Post software, sets the machine type, program, tootpath parameters, and studies the impeller. Object, complete the NC code conversion, verify the validity of the post processor. The experimental results show that the developed post processor can finish the impeller machining more accurately.
