基于自循环水的红枣清洗装置设计与优化控制

摘要 针对我国新疆南部地区浮尘天气较多、红枣的清洗工作量比较大,以及覆盖在红枣表面的灰尘、泥土等不易被清洗等问题,设计开发了红枣清洗装置。该装置采用自循环水的自动清洗和红枣表面风干的一体化机构,一次完成清洗、水循环和过滤及表面风干等作业。该红枣清洗装置主要由升降系统、水循环系统、水温控制系统和转速控制系统组成。试验结果表明:在水槽水温T、滚筒转速W和红枣加载量M3因素下,对产地红枣进行清洗作业,红枣的清洗率为93%~97%,破损率为3%~5%;清洗效果符合红枣初加工的要求;装置设计合理,效果良好,为红枣清洗作业提供了参考。 In view of the problems of dust weather in southern Xinjiang Province,the cleaning workload of red dates is relatively large,and the dust and soil are not easy to be cleaned. The utility model adopts the automatic cleaning of the self circulation water and the integration mechanism of the surface drying of jujube. The device completes the cleaning of red dates,water circulation and filtration,drying of jujube dates and so on. The cleaning device is mainly composed of lifting system,water circulation system,water temperature control system and speed control system. Test results show that: in the water tank water temperature T,roller speed W and loading M red dates three factors,cleaning the origin of the red dates,cleaning rate in 93% 97%,the breakage rate in 3% to 5%; the cleaning effect with red dates the initial processing requirements; device has reasonable design,good effect,provides a a reference for cleaning red dates.
