发电用沼气/汽油双燃料电控发动机性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了能够精确地控制沼气与汽油的喷射以控制空燃比,对168F型汽油机进气系统进行技术改造。基于单片机AT89S52的特性设计了改造后的汽油/沼气双燃料发动机控制单元,并对发动机进行了试验研究。结果表明:168F型汽油机改装成的沼气/汽油双燃料发动机在设计的电控单元控制下运行,沼气/汽油双燃料发动机的扭矩储备系数比原机大0.6%,在中等负荷及以上时,其输出功率与转速呈线性变化关系,在全负荷中等转速时其动力性能非常接近于原机;双燃料发动机的燃油消耗率在大负荷、全负荷时要远远的低于原机,最大可省油近9.4%;而双燃料发动机排气温度有所上升,其排放物CO、NOX和HC都有明显降低的效果,而双燃料模式下的CO排放在6 0%~8 0%负荷时要比纯汽油的低。研究表明:改造后的双燃料发动机具备了足够的承载能力,输出动力稍有下降,但经济性能明显提高,其排放性显著改善,设计的电控单元控制系统的硬件、软件与发动机匹配较好,沼气汽油双燃料电控发动机具有可行性、可靠性和实用性。 In order to be able to accurately control the biogas and gasoline injection to control the air-fuel ratio,the type 168 F gasoline engine air intake system technical are reformed. Features designed based on single chip microcomputer AT89 S52 modified gasoline/methanol dual fuel engine control unit,and then the experiment study on the engine,the results show that the type 168 F gasoline engine converted into biogas/gasoline dual fuel engine run under control in the design of the electronic control unit,biogas/gasoline dual fuel engine torque reserve coefficient is 0. 6% larger than the original machine,the secondary load and above,the relation between output power and speed linearly,and the full load of medium speed when its dynamic properties are very close to the original machine; The dual fuel engine fuel consumption rate in the big load,full load is far lower than the original machine,the largest fuel nearly 9. 4%; And dual fuel engine exhaust temperature increased,the emissions of CO,NOX,HC has significantly reduced,the effect of the dual fuel mode of CO emissions in 60 80% load is lower than that of the pure gasoline,Which showed that the modified dual fuel engine have enough carrying capacity,the output power are down a bit,but the economic performance improved obviously,its emissions significantly improve,design of hardware and software of the control system and electronic control unit( ECU) for the engine matching,biogas electronically controlled gasoline dual fuel engine has the feasibility,reliability and practicability for the methanol gasoline dual fuel engine laid a foundation for further research.
