摘要
柔性管理是现代教务管理中的重要组成部分。本文围绕着柔性管理的基本理论和管理方法,探索有效的柔性管理方式,根据现代柔性管理的基本理念分析高等院校教务管理存在的具体问题,总结基于柔性管理的高等院校教务管理策略,全面提高教务管理有效性。
