摘要
在职场中生存不仅要严阵以待,有时更需幽默来点缀,近年来幽默逐渐被引入组织管理研究领域,并发展出职场幽默的概念。在介绍职场幽默的定义、属性与测量后,根据现有研究总结出前因与后果。大五人格、黑暗三人格和情绪智力能够预测职场幽默,而职场幽默又能影响员工的工作满意度、组织承诺、工作倦怠、领导—成员交换、工作绩效、坚韧行为和创造力等。未来研究可从领导者视角、上下级匹配视角和组织气氛视角探讨职场幽默。
In the workplace,it is not only necessary to be official,but also sometimes to be humorous. In recent years,humor has gradually been introduced into the research field of organizational management,from which the concept of workplace humor has been developed. After introducing the definition,attribute and measurement of the workplace humor,we summarize the antecedents and consequences according to the existing research. Big five personalities,three dark personalities and emotional intelligence can predict the workplace humor,which in turn can affect the employees' job satisfaction,organizational commitment,job burnout and leader-member exchange,job performance,persistent behaviors and creativity. The future research into the workplace humor may be conducted from the perspective of the leaders,superior-and-subordinate matching and organizational atmosphere.
