高校图书馆运用知识管理的对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures for the Use of Knowledge Management in University Libraries

随着经济时代的发展,越来越多的行业运用互联网技术提升了工作效率,高校图书馆也不例外,在不断与网络化、数字化相结合的背景下高校也要运用到知识管理,提升高校图书馆员的知识素质,以更专业的姿态去进行高校图书馆管理。文章先提出知识管理的内容及其特点,再分析高校图书馆运用知识管理思想的必要性,最后写出高校图书馆运用知识管理的对策。

With the development of economic times,more and more industries apply Internet technology to improve their working efficiency,and university libraries are no exception. Under the background of the combination of digitalization,colleges and universities should apply knowledge management,improve the knowledge quality of university librarians,and carry out the management of university libraries in a more professional manner. This paper first puts forward the contents and characteristics of knowledge management. The necessity of applying knowledge management thought in university library is analyzed,and the countermeasures of applying knowledge management in university library are given at last.
