学校个案工作实务过程中的伦理困境——以S校Q项目为例

The Ethical Dilemma in the Process of School Case Work Practice——Taking Q Project of S school as an Example

社会工作的专业价值体现在其专业的服务上,社会工作者在服务实施过程中如何坚持社会工作的专业价值,如何进行伦理实践,这不仅关乎社会工作的服务质量,更是每一个社会工作者的专业使命。本文笔者以学校个案工作实务中遇到的有关伦理认知、多重关系、保密原则等困境为例,从实务和理论两方面给出思考和建议。

The value of the specialty of social work is reflected in the specialty of its service. How to insist on the professional value of social work and carry out ethical practice in the course of service implementation are not only related to the service quality of social work,but also to the professional mission of every social worker. It is also the professional mission of every social worker. This paper takes the difficulties encountered in the practice of school case work,such as ethical cognition,multiple relations,and the principle of confidentiality as examples. By thinking from the two aspects of practice and theory,we give some reasonable suggestions.
