葡萄、国槐和刺槐挥发物复合配方对槐绿虎天牛的引诱活性

Attractive activity of the combination of volatiles from Vitis vinifera,Sophora japonica and Robinia pseudoacacia on Chlorophorus diadema

为了探究多种植物源混合配方对槐绿虎天牛的诱杀效果,从葡萄、国槐和刺槐单一植物源挥发物的高效配方中挑选出8种挥发物,分别采用两种方式配制26种配方:(1)以1种植物所含挥发物为主体加入1种源自其余植物的挥发物;(2)8种化合物以单方形式随机组合.通过EAG、嗅觉行为测试和野外诱集实验测试26种配方对槐绿虎天牛的引诱活性.结果显示:26种配方中,雌、雄虫对配方8、16、25和26的EAG值、相对选择率和野外诱捕数量均较高.在配方16、25、26的成分中均含有沉香醇与乙酸叶醇酯,配方8中也含有沉香醇.雌、雄天牛对同一诱剂的电生理反应和嗅觉行为反应有差别,雌虫更加敏感.比较两种配制方式,多种植物源挥发物组分以单方形式组合的配方对槐绿虎天牛具有更高的引诱活性.

To explore the luring effect of the mixed formulas from various plants on Chlorophorus diadema,eight kinds of volatile were selected from the single high efficient formulas of Vitis vinifera,Sophora japonica and Robinia pseudoacacia.26 kinds of formula were combined by two methods：（1）Several kinds of volatile from one kind of plant were set as the major components,and a kind of volatile from the other two kinds of plant was added into them;（2） Eight kinds of volatile were combined randomly. EAG,behavioral response and field trapping experiments were conducted on Chlorophorus diadema to test the attractive activity of 26 kinds of formula. The results showed that among 26 kinds of formula,the EAG,relative selection and trapping rate of male and female to formula 8,16,25 and 26 were higher. Formula 16,25 and 26 all contained linalool and cis-3-hexenyl acetate,and formula 8 contained linalool too. EAG and behavioral response were different between male and female to the same formula and the females were more sensitive. The two combination methods were compared,and the results showed that the formula combined randomly with single volatile from three kinds of plant had higher attractive activity to Chlorophorus diadema.
